Pricing questions
How does pricing work?
One payment per event, in rand. Basic is R299 (was R599) and Premium is R599 (was R1199). These sale prices are available until 31 December 2026. There is no subscription, no per-guest fee and no limit on how many photos or videos your guests share.
You pay securely through PayFast before your wall is set up. Corporate events and venues are quoted individually.
What is the After-event Memory Reel?
A short highlight video cut together from the photos and videos your guests shared, so you have something easy to watch back and share, not just a folder of files.
It is included on both Basic and Premium. Once your event is over, you can download it from your dashboard alongside your zip of everything your guests shared.
Why is there a Party Wall badge on every plan?
A small "Powered by Party Wall" footer with a QR code sits at the bottom of the live guest wall on every plan, and there is no option to remove it. It is how guests who enjoyed your wall find us, and it is part of how we keep the price low.
It only appears on the live wall page. It is never added to your downloaded photos and videos, the zip export or your Memory Reel.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Fees are paid once, in advance, for a specific event. Under our Terms of Service, once your wall has been activated and guests have access, fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we have not delivered the service as described.
If something is wrong with your wall or your setup, get in touch and we will review it.
